1. Booking, Deposits & Refunds
- Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits and payments are strictly final. We do not offer cash refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
- Rescheduling Policy: If you need to change the date of your event, we will gladly help you reschedule. Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled pickup time.
2. Service Scope & Area
- Service Area: We proudly serve the local Detroit metropolitan area.
- Standard Service: Each reservation includes up to four (4) hours of service ( you can book more), starting from pickup and concluding at your original pickup location or another designated local drop-off point.
- Included Stops: Your ride includes up to three (3) scheduled intermediate stops along your route.
3. Vehicle Amenities & Operating Condition
- Standards: We guarantee that the Detroit Spaceships van will arrive clean and in good operating condition.
- Onboard Amenities: The vehicle is equipped with a custom sound system for music, festive interior lighting, and RV-grade heating and air conditioning.
4. Schedule & Traffic Disclaimers
- Traffic & Delays: Due to unpredictable traffic, weather, or road conditions, arrival times may vary by up to 30 minutes.
- Trip Duration: For the same reasons, trip durations may extend up to 30 minutes past the scheduled end time.
